Roof Certification
A Roof Certification is requested to determine the condition and expected remaining life of a roof. Insurance companies, lenders, banks, and homeowners may request a Roof Certification prior to buying or selling a home.
The benefit to a roof inspection is the ability to catch potential roofing problems before they become a bigger issue.
What Is Inspected?
- Condition of the fascia, gutters, and drains
- Attic – condition and evidence of leaks or deterioration
- Roof – condition to check broken, missing, or curled shingles
